Yuna – “Lanes”

Malaysian born singer-songwriter, Yuna released the official video for her track “Lanes.” The dreamy song is taken from Yuna’s third studio album, Chapters.

“It’s a story about what heartbreak looks like. It’s revealed in the end what it was that broke my heart. also a reflection of my past relationship,” said Yuna regarding her newest video for “Lanes.”

The storyline for lines is told in reverse, which made shooting the video for “Lanes” with director Brian Oh, a welcomed challenge for Yuna.

“It’s easy to tell a story in normal timeline, but in reverse, you have to make sure visually it looks beautiful and Brian captured all the movements, and emotions in reverse beautifully,” Yuna said.

Chapters album also contains Yuna’s high profile hit single “Crush” featuring Usher.
